Isa
Hopefully on the bench for Saturday? No reason why he won't be.
dAVe80
Hopefully on the bench for Saturday? With a similar impact to Benteke, when he came on against Swansea for his debut, I hope!
KjParton
Do you think we could see him with tekkers in a 4-4-2 then? With gabby and weimann on the wings?
Ginko
I think we'll stick with our usual front 3 and he'll be on the bench. Benteke and Kozak won't have trained together much before the weekend so it'd be risky to play them as a pair up top. Also, having three in midfield has been working out well enough. I don't think he'll be making any drastic changes and throwing new players in there.
samjp26
He clearly tried to play 4-4-2 against Liverpool, I think we may see it more often at home this season. Maybe with Weimann to start with on Saturday but I definitely see Kozak coming on at some point. Edited September 10, 2013 by samjp26
Big_John_10
Can't see him switching to a 4-4-2 it was awful against Liverpool. Kozak will play his part this year but I'd imagine he'll be on the bench Saturday
Cliffy Biro
We dont have the midfielders for a 2 man midfield really, he'll obviously be deputy to the beast for this season.
JAMAICAN-VILLAN
Is that his first international goal? 2nd and Kozak is now down injured Edit: seems fine now How is that his first or second when he was leading scorer in the Euros at one point with 10 or 11? Ginko
Wasn't he the top scorer in the Europa League for Lazio? Not the Euros for the Czechs. He's only got 5 appearances for the national side, I assume tonight is his 6th cap.
tarjei
That's a sharp elbow. Blood was running down Pasquals face before his feet touched the ground. Lucky not to get sent off.

Popular Post Dr_Pangloss
In that case I can't wait to see him play against John Terry.
Czechlad
Is that his first international goal? 2nd and Kozak is now down injured Edit: seems fine now How is that his first or second when he was leading scorer in the Euros at one point with 10 or 11? The Europa League? He wasn't being called in when Baros was still playing. Kozak wasn't playing much for Lazio in Serie A only in the Europa league so Bilek never played him. Plus Vydra and Lafata were scoring goals for their clubs consistently.

villaguy
Surely the Lazio manger would think this guy's quality in the Europa, why don't I give him more responsibility in the Serie A, or is this idea flawed?
Rob182
Besides them not really caring about the EL, I believe he had Klose ahead of him, and someone else.

vandaq
To be fair, Klose was an exceptional striker, though I have no idea how his last years have been at lazio

Isa
To be fair, Klose was an exceptional striker, though I have no idea how his last years have been at lazio His stock fell quite a bit towards the end of his time at Bayern. Apparently he was all set to join West Ham just before the World Cup but after impressing in it more clubs came in for him. I guess after being in and out of the Bayern team he just wanted to go somewhere where he would play regularly. Lazio are still a fairly big club to be fair.
