Southampton appointed Joe Shields from Man City in the summer as head of recruitment (they signed a few Man City players), then Chelsea poached him a few months later. A little under a decade ago, they were flying and were rightly being lauded as one of the best run PL clubs. Got into Europe, reached a domestic cup final. Kompany did the same last year with Burnley. You need to at least adapt in some way and that's not changing your style completely. My initial feeling after 3 rounds of fixtures is the league has a weak 'bottom 6' comprising the three promoted sides, plus also Forest, Wolves and Everton. It could be any of those to go down IMO, though I'd agree the promoted sides are somewhat more likely on account of not having had the experience of surviving more recently.
