Jimzk5
Oh great, another week of pundits at every possibility saying "this is Manchester United were talking about, Manchester United" in exasperating fashion

Glory days of old red nose will be back. Rinse and repeat in 3 years.
sidcow Posted 17 hours ago VT Supporter Share Posted 17 hours ago Southgate really could finish them. I do wonder how long the armchair fans will hang around for. They've not been great for a few years and are regressing. They surely will start looking around for a new TV show to follow soon.
punkiller1981
You know next week though that they will put a performance in that they don’t against anyone else and beat us 2-1 or 3-2
Jonesy7211
They've backed him time and again in the transfer window, the squad are by and large players he's picked. If they sack Ten Hag they'll bring in another manager who'll want his own players. They'll be left with a relatively average squad from which none will be sold for more than they paid. I'm not saying they should keep him, more that they're screwed either way and it's bloody glorious. United are a financial behemoth. But the huge revenues will continue to decline the longer they're out of the champions league, and I can't see them getting it no matter what they do for a good while yet. AJG23
Ten Hag’s jacket must be on a very shaky peg, they look like a team that maybe don’t want to play for the manager. They are going backwards at a rate of knots. I wonder if Postecoglou said to his players before the game “lads, it’s United”… Edited 16 hours ago by AJG23

A former hero with a decent but limited track record at an overseas club with far lower expectations and no egos to manage, parachuted in to save the day, protected by his former team mates on Sky rallying around to give him more time than he deserves? Perfect. Edited 17 hours ago by Davkaus

He isnt a traditional striker but again United buying a player without doing research, he was a link forward at Bologna and played very deep

Genie
If SJR is the real deal then he has to sanction EtH being fired. Otherwise it’s accepting this is who United are now.
delboy54
Did Fernandes get a straight red? and therefore does he miss the game against us? if so watch man yoo bring on some 15 yo wonderkid for his first game against us, and then proceed to bag a hatrick on his debut, with man yoo as usual playing the best football for years....after they have thrashed us, man yoo will go back to being rubbish again
VillaChris
They're so bad that getting in OGS again would probably improve them. "Smiles on faces" for Rashy and co and all that.

Yes but he's either Dutch and/or he's worked with Ten Haag before so actual ability doesn't matter. The fact he's never scored goals or ripped up any trees at levels below Man Utd is inconsequential.
