maqroll
Pochettino isn't going to save them unless he's given a huge war chest.

I'm reluctant to pin their tribulations on OGS, even though he's maybe in the wrong job.

Genie
Just now, Xela said: Got Spuds into a CL final. That’s like saying Southgate is a top coach because he got England 45 minutes away from a World Cup final. It was a bit of a freak run. Poch hasn’t won anything which is pretty remarkable. He did pretty well with Spurs (before getting the sack for their decline) but nothing other coaches couldn’t have also achieved. He might do alright but for me the jury is very much out still. Genie
Even withstanding getting 1 team to the CL final once, is that enough for a club the size of Manchester United? OGS has the job on the nostalgia ticket and he has never really looked like the right man for the job. The should appoint a winner, a serial winner. This is the pinnacle of football management. They appointed 2 serial winners in Van Gaal and Mourinho. They need to get the behind the scenes right in recruitment. **** em anyway hope they implode and go bust with their mouthy gobshite fans. They deserve years of misery.
