They got thumped at home by their rivals who were not very good. Conceding a hat trick against a awful striker. Playing a high line with 9 men? Instead they should be focusing on how they lost their discipline and ultimately cost them the game Im sure they are gonna moan as well at having a 12.30 game sat morning now as well. That game would have taken a hell of a lot out of them Because of big Ange mate. He's a hell of a character mate. Top fella mate. He's a breath of fresh air mate. He can do no wrong mate. Agreed. If it was any other coach he'd be absolutely completely **** crucified by those cretins at sky like Nev and Carra.

Whenever they defended deep chelsea couldnt figure out out how to play through them because they are terrible. And that Nicolas Jackson boy is dreadful. That was the least impressive hattrick ive ever seen!

Demitri_C
If conte or mourinho lost like that they would get pelters. Its only because spurs have had a good start (fairy easy games) that the spurs fans and media are defending him There was one muppet spurs fan on TS saying he would rather lose 10-0 losing like that than 2-1 shutting up shop. God i hope they get their wish

ender4
Spurs are still doing really well. Played 11, 26 points, 2.4 PPG, having played Arsenal, Man Utd, Liverpool and Chelsea. Compared to Villa - played 11, 22 points, 2.0 PPG, having played Newcastle, Liverpool and Chelsea. Virtually identical fixture difficulty. Both have tricky fixtures to come shortly - We have Man City and Arsenal, they have Man City and Newcastle. Plus we play each other. How is it virtually identical fixture difficulty? They have only played arsenal away out of big boys. They have played united liverpool and chelsea at home. We have been away to newcastle chelsea and liverpool. We have had a much tougher run than them away from home Edited November 7, 2023 by Demitri_C

Spurs have played all of the bottom four and we've only played Burnley and Luton. If they'd had Wolves and Forest instead and we'd had Bournemouth and Sheff Utd then I think our positions would be reversed right now. I'd also have fancied us to beat Brentford who they were lucky to draw with. Edited November 7, 2023 by oishiiniku_uk

Certain managers seem to get universally praised, mainly because their teams play football that creates entertaining games (i.e. lots of goals for and against) and not necessarily because they are elite level individuals (see also De Zerbi, Bielsa etc.). The fawning over Ange after just a handful of games has been particularly ridiculous though. Would his standing in the media start to turn if Spurs lost the next 5? Probably more likely than at Brighton or Leeds where expectations are lower. Edited November 7, 2023 by oishiiniku_uk

sne
Looking at the Fantasy Football site the only defenders they currently have available for their next game are Emerson Royal, Pedro Porro, Eric Dier and some guy named Ashley Phillips. That's not a great.
