With Spurs about nine players short of a decent squad and Chelsea bafflingly short of a striker but overstocked everywhere else, surely a swap deal for Kane would work.

Kane to Chelsea for Mount, Mendy, Loftus-Cheek and Hudson-Odoi anyone?

Mason had a 57% win rate last time. If he replicates that this season then spurs will get 10pts. Even with our run in we can exceed that and have to play then as well, which can seal the deal.

Played 7, won 4 lost 3. One of the loses was against us in London.

Spurs was doing ok before his first spell in charge, now they are in total mess. I don’t think he can replicate the win % of his first spell in charge, with this current spurs team.

Just waiting for them to beat United now.

We need United to beat them and then they don't get a positive result and any change of momentum

It doesn't have to be permanent; they just need someone to get them over the line for the next 6 games, Dean is doing it at Leicester for 8 games, and Hodgeson at Palace for 10.

You was right mate

He made them a ‘Big 6’ club.

Spurs fans hate him but he’s delivered Spurs Champions League football while building a new stadium. They definitely don’t have the worst management around.

He reminds me of Ellis when he was here in late 90s, Facilities are great and produced a decent team but was a chance to breach that gap with Poch but he either didnt have the way to do it or he was too afraid of going for the glory

Levy has got them there but he just doesnt have it to go for the final step

Man Utd might want him, but they're apparently keen on Osimhen from Napoli and I doubt they'd want both.

He won't be wanted by Newcastle. Too expensive, too old, massive wages, and not a position we're particularly weak.

Could definitely see him at Utd.

I wouldn’t say Newcastle are particularly strong upfront either though. Isak does Ok, but not scored loads. Wilson is pony. Kane would be a huge statement signing for the champions league (if they get there), would be better than who they have (we all know they love a number 9 up there 🤦🏻‍♂️)

Spurs problem is will be like 2013 when they sold Bale and tried to replace him with 5-6 attackers. Eventually Eriksen and arguably Lamela came off but the rest flopped badly.

Loftus Cheek isn't better than what they've got. Forgotten about CHO who's had some serious injuries already.

It's a big if but if they could get him right then Lukaku would be a decent two year replacement for Kane while they slowly rebuild the other areas of their team.

After spunking the Bale money they got really lucky with Poch and bringing through the greatest striker of this generation. Poch really uncovered a lot of great young players and got truly world class form out of the likes of Dembele and Eriksen. This was Levy's opportunity to inject some cash and really help them push on. After they finished 2nd in 2016/17 with a +60 goal difference, that was his cue. Instead, astonishingly, he didn't sign a single player for 18 months. They've been degenerating ever since.

Although he didn't deliver the stadium on time and gave Poch hardly anything to spend towards the end, sacking him during his first rough patch.  That was a bit shit.

Isak has 10 in 15 games this season. He just had a couple of injuries so missed a bit of time

He doesn’t supply the money, I presume there wasn’t any more to give Poch with the stadium built going on? I agree he has been too quick to sack managers though.

He’s not been a perfect chairman but there is no reason why Spurs should be any different to a team like West Ham or Everton (or us?) but he’s had them punching well above their weight this last decade.

Spurs fans are so entitled though they think they should be competing for the title and CL.
