maqroll
I heard on radio this morning that they are being lined up for a billion pound takeover by the Qatari Government Surely with their jewish heritage I cant see any truth in this I can Indeed. VillaChris
Can't see any takeover there until the long winded White Hart Lane saga gets sorted out. That looks like it will continue to drag for at least a couple of years so someone's not going to be spending 200m when they're playing at bleeding Milton Keynes. villa4europe
They're the same as anyone, unless the owners can make serious money on the side from playing billy big bollocks look at me I own a premier league team then they won't be bought As it stands Qatar are doing that with barca, they've won a World Cup, they've won the athletics, they don't need spurs Man city owners had something to flog as much as naysayers said it was a play thing, Qatar along the same reasoning don't need it, same as them that own emirates don't need to outright buy a team, the seeds sown the jobs done
Guest
That would be a nightmare. It'd kill football. Only Man United, Man City, Chelsea and Spurs could compete.

Xela
Never understood why someone would post thousands of posts on another clubs forum.
CarewsEyebrowDesigner
With a new striker, I think they'll have a good run in. They have become an exceptionally fit team and that hard work will pay off.

They've sussed him out on there aswell e.g. he posts immediately after they fluke another win proclaiming they'll finish in the top 4....and magically disappears for a while when Spurs go on another winless run. VillaChris
Never mind Man. United, how on earth have Spurs won so many games this season? I heard Leicester dominated today but having just seen the highlights that was ridiculous. Seems their wins either follow a trend of losing before the opposition lose their mind and go down to 10 men before Eriksson wins the game for them or Lloris pulls off wonder save after wonder save at 1-1...and then Eriksson wins the game for them. Ridiculous they're on 30 points. Let's see how they do in these two home games v Man. United and Chelsea. Think that might be slap bang into reality. Czechlad
Their luck will end. Erikson can't save them every single match. What happened to their midfield? Bentaleb and Mason are considered starters and they are trying to push for champions league?
Keyblade
So so lucky. How Leicester didn't win that I'll never know. No real chances for them, and a flukey winner from Eriksen.
Tomaszk
Starting to dislike as much as when Harry was there. They are garbage. Harry Kane up front is so average it's glorious.
VillaChris
Have they got some weird forcefield around their goal, how on earth did RVP not score his chance?! Only won 3/9 at home anyway, think they'll drop a bit in the second half of the season.
MrDuck
Harry Kane up front is so average it's glorious. I wish our team was as average as Kane. 17 goals this season already.
VillaChris
He was very good tonight. Most of his goals this season have come against pub teams in the europa league/Carling cup. Even Delfeounso used to score reguarly against that opposition. Tonight was the first time I've seen him look class against one of the best defences in world football. Touch, movement, finishing, all there. Spurs were very good tonight aswell, best performance of the season by miles from them.
PaulC
I wish he played for us! He reminds me a bit of a young Shearer. He's got that appetite!
VillaChris
We'll see. Football is littered with many young players who look great and then disappear when the going gets tough in that difficult second season. Let's see what happens when teams wise up on him.
