I got tired of it in the end and 5 years ago cut him loose. It was a bigger deal to my wife than it was too me, I had got so used to his whopping lies I never made plans knowing they would come to fruition. When he called after that I just started saying no. All are very funny but all he is doing is appropriating stories he's been told and inserting himself as the protagonist. Not only do they have no understanding of how tax brackets work, they don't seem to even know the tax bracket thresholds.
