useless Posted March 30, 2014 Share Posted March 30, 2014 I reckon things like jacket potatoes, rice, quinoa and vegetables taste okay out the microwave I know it's meant to zap the nutrients or something but probably still healthier than a pizza I'd imagine no matter how you cook it.
