Stevo985 Posted November 3, 2012 VT Supporter Share Posted November 3, 2012 Shows how much I follow chart music these days, but wasnt Seven Nation Army released in 2003? Has it had a sudden surge in popularity because football fans chant it? It's probably on an advert or been on a TV program recently. The downloads as a result often push a song back into the charts. villaajax
Need to pay my car tax this month, which is bad enough on it's own but now it costs more thanks to the Tories. Oh well, at least the tax I pay helps a millionaire to pay less, after all we're all in this together.
villaajax
I borrowed a Windows Surface from work to try out over the weekend and my mum used it for 5 minutes and managed to get glitter stuck to the keyboard which I cannot get out and she's also taken a load of pictures from around the house as well as a load of my dad watching TV which I now can't get rid of. Oh dear Why don't you go the whole hog and just blame it on Thatcher However , From memory 2008 was when the motorist got spanked with huge increases on vehicle road tax ?? villaajax
If car tax was already high then why did the Tories have to push it even more when they said they wouldn't? This is the first increase that affects me
Eames
Has it gone up? Haven't noticed in all honesty I don't think I've ever considered how much the tax is when buying a car. When it comes to Car Tax. High/Low is subjective nowadays anyway. My Golf is £125 a year. My dad's Golf is £0. Want low/cheap tax - buy a car that has low emissions. Seeeeeemples. Low emission cars are for who Billy Connolly would refer to as 'Beige people', what we need is some more 6 litre V8 muscle cars in this country. When cyclists start paying for the road then they can feel safe that I wont try and ram them into the bushes ( same for Horses )
Jimzk5
Until I come across a cyclist sho doesnt swerve all over the road like there on a temazipan, who actualy obey the laws of road and actually pay for the use of it then ill stop shouting rocket polisher out the window at them every time they cut me up, make me slam on the breaks or jump a red light. chrisp65
**** moralising bearded cyclist on my route to work that deliberately hogs the road and swings his foot out at any car tax payer that has the temerity to try and get past the lentil eating tawt if he swings his foot at my car (a big petrol automatic so my tax is impressive!), I'll be pulling over and having an exchange of views he even has a little solar charger on the back of his backpack, doubtless it keeps his macrobiotic lunch warm
