They were just hanging round in the terminal apparently, we do have the odd private jet but not many and there aren't any commercial flights to Brum. Called yesterday to be told I have to call at 8 when the appointments are released. I’m currently trying the competition line now to get through. First attempt is was number 20 in the queue, got to number 16 then the line cut off. Redialled to be told all lines are busy. Redialled and I’m back at 20. I finished work at 12 so zoomed home, get to the corner of my road at 12.38 and get a message saying they've missed me and have to come back tomorrow.
