Weird. /subtle change of topic... I am guilty of this. I think if I wake myself up slowly it is easire to get up...........although it never is. But I still put myself through those 7min each time. Wake up at 5:45, get up at 6:00 I love waking up before my alarm goes off though, like in the middle of the night. If I wake up at 3 am, I'm chuffed because it's 3 hours before I have to get up! I just decide what time to wake up before going to sleep. TBH, I think that what happens is that I sleep fairly lightly - and I may well wake up for a few minutes during the night. But I always wake up at the required time - I honestly can't remember the last time I overslept (and I've been doing this for over 20 years).
