Rugeley Villa Posted December 6, 2014 Share Posted December 6, 2014 (edited) a 23 year old lad got killed last night in rugeley, hit and run. a taxi driver found him dead in the middle of the road in the early hours, was just down the road from a pub so it could be he was drunk and stubbled in the road of the driver was drunk but either way the driver did not stop. maybe neither was drunk but what an xmas present the victims family are going to have, tragic news. Or I guess we could tell potential new young recruits that 40% of american homeless are military veterans with mental health problems and ask them to sign a waiver before they sign up.
