The_Rev
It depends on whether the winners of those cups qualify for the Champions League or not.
Risso
I don't think they're capable of being consistent enough to finish 4th, they'll eventually fade away and finish in the top half. Also, they won't get Europa as isn't it only 5th place and the winners of the two domestic cups that get the place? If they can keep Carroll free they've got a chance. He looks unplayable at the moment.

Xela
I'm sure Sullivan watches a lot of Ligue 2 in his spare time!

TrentVilla Posted December 28, 2014 Moderator Share Posted December 28, 2014 So 20% of the club available to an investor(s) for a bargain £80m So they value the club at £400m, approx 4 times what they paid for it in 2010 and despite the debts of around £110m. In their dreams.
VillaChris
I'm sure Sullivan watches a lot of Ligue 2 in his spare time! I think it was pretty much the case of a european agent recommending him to West Ham, remember all the random european players SHA used to sign? In any case apparently Big Sam wanted Connor Wickham as his striker in the summer so West Ham dodged a bullet there.
Genie
Down to 6th, on goal difference with 7th, nothing to see here. I guess they'll finish up between 8th - 10th
VillaChris
Not sure. These two results indicate they won't finish top 4 but I can see them beating enough of the bottom half teams. Them finishing 6th wouldn't shock me.
PaulC
Yes the top 4 is pretty predictable now unless Liverpool have a great second half of the season.
AVFCforever1991
I still think Spurs and Liverpool will finish above them, probably Southampton as well..
VillaChris
I think Spurs have been garbage and I'm not sure Liverpool will sufficently improve to make 60 points which is probably the par for 6th. That means Liverpool winning another 11-12 games this season, unlikely. I think West Ham will continue beating the likes of West Brom, Burnley, Stoke, Sunderland etc at home to continue picking up points. Them and Southampton will be close, West Ham have a better squad so we'll see if that tells come March and April.
PaulC
I don't know when Sturridge is back but I think Sturridge and Sterling could be a pretty potent strike-force the 2nd half of the season. I don't know about spurs. I think they will finish outside the top 4 but inside the top 6.
Zatman
played better yesterday but their performance at Chelsea was a disgrace, for all Lambert criticism against big teams he would never "rest" Delph, Westwood and Benteke for a game against them
villa89
Aren't they losing 3 players to the African Cup of Nations now? Could tumble down the league.
VillaChris
Song didn't get called up so it's just Sakho (who's stopped scoring anyway) and Kiouyate.

VillaChris
So he did. First goal in a while. I'd imagine they'll start Carroll with Valencia or just play Nolan off him and Marc Noble will come back into the midfield.
