peterms
I don't think a point for Sunderland will matter in regards to us. 38 or 37 they will still need to beat Southampton to go above us assuming there last game at Spuds is a loss. It does matter. If they beat Southampton and we draw with Chelsea or Wigan, they go ahead of us now, when otherwise they wouldn't have.

sonic_bouma
that will do us nicely but jesus christ stoke you are a bunch of absolute cloggers never properly realised it until i watched them wanting to win
Daniel
If we were in Sunderland's position, would you be happy with a point from that game? Most of them seem well happy. Still Southampton and Spurs to come.

The_Steve
Draw suits us fine, I could have predicted as much. Two dire teams.
BleedClaretAndBlue
well we have to hope for Saints to beat them next because Southamptons last game is against Stoke and Sunderlands is Tottenham and Id fancy Saints' chances more than Sunderlands on the last day that's for sure

mockingbird_franklin
of the 3 possible outcomes draw wasn't far behind a stoke win as the best we could hope for, we avoided the one we really didn't want, now it's Swansea turn to get at least a point against Wigan
RunRickyRun
That's 1 team guaranteed to be below us come the last game of the season (as Saints and Sunderland play each other next). Good news for us!
