Mantis
Surprised he didn't mark a dot where Bannan's house is and write "SUPER HOT WORLD CLASS ZONE" next to it.
Supervillan78
So I assume the zone of "yet to be proven & don't fancy it's" is largely made up of mermaids, trawler man and nuclear submarine captains?
Chindie Posted June 1, 2013 VT Supporter Share Posted June 1, 2013 We should send scouts to the Aland Islands based on that map. Apparently the rest of Finland is shite but the Alands are right in the zone for the next hot prospect.
PieFacE Posted June 1, 2013 VT Supporter Share Posted June 1, 2013 Deadline Day @DeadlineDay19m Will Hughes is said to favour a move to Aston Villa. He's keen to remain in the midlands, and at a club with a strong youth policy. #AVFC Will Hughes.... any good?
omariqy
Was that a serious map? Will Hughes - wasnt he destined for the top 4?
TrentVilla Posted June 1, 2013 Moderator Share Posted June 1, 2013 Will Hughes is potentially brilliant but I thi k the asking price will be too high for us.
AVFCforever1991
Hughes would be a great signing, got so much potential.. Certainly fit Lambert's policy apart from the price. Please let this happen!
Mooley22
Will Hughes will be fantastic for whoever he signs for but no way Lambert will pay 6 million+ for him
Phumfeinz
Yeah Will Hughes is supposed to have massive potential, remember reading something about him being linked with Barcelona or Real Madrid.

jacketspuds
Bannan to Fulham and Hughes to Villa. Spooge-tastic. If we signed Tonev, Hughes, Dragovic, Cresswell, a GK and a ST i'll be so happy I think I might cry from all my eyes. Especially if Bannan, Bent, Given and Ireland leave as well. Milfner
Hughes would be a great signing, got so much potential.. Certainly fit Lambert's policy apart from the price. Please let this happen! What type of midfielder is he? Creative. Likes to get forward. Will cost more than what we'd be willing to spend.
Supervillan78
He's not as good as Bannan though. He is a seriously good player, I would be amazed if this were true.
b_allcott
AVFC Transfer Tweet @AVFCTransTweet1m Two different sources have sent late emails linking one former player with a return to #avfc. More when I have it. *Pinch of Salt required* Some saying Maloney. Maybe Barry? Don't buy it myself I think it will be Hitz - available on a free - low wages and is German. Dr_Pangloss
Will Hughes would be a great signing. Frankly we should be dominating the midlands for the best talent given we're the biggest club in the region.
Zatman
Not up to date on their finances but are Derby not in some sort of debts that they might have to sell. Could probably sign him and loan him back for next season to keep the fee lower
Raymond
Eastern Europeans , have any worked out well down the villa? All I can think is Curcic, Savo (ok at times), Baros, Stas. Only Stan seems to have done well. Eastern Europeans are slightly more consistent than the Russians in the Premier League. The hot zone for foreign imports seems to be a line drawn between Poland and Belarus to the East and one drawn from Ireland to Portugal to the West. Dr_Pangloss
So ermmm, the west of Romania is a hot zone but rest is in the 'zone of inconsistency'? What a retarded map.
