kurtsimonw
Feeling really sick. Don't think I'm going to make it to SNF. That'll basically be 3 weeks without watching the Giants.

LockStockVilla
Watching the Steelers today was like a death sentence. 7 or 8 feckin fumbles?! Against the Browns?!?!?! Ughhh
BerniesElbow
F PITTSBURGH! Eight. The most turnovers by the Browns defense since the 1989 season opener win in Three Rivers when they beat the Steelers 51-0. And, as a bonus, I'm pretty sure they just knocked the cheap-shot taking, incestuous wearers of black and urine OUT of the playoff hunt. Guess what Squealer fans? You're going NOWHERE with Charlie Batch. Yes, the Browns are bad, but they beat Pittspuke!

You're going NOWHERE with Charlie Batch. Yes, the Browns are bad, but they beat Pittspuke! By my reckoning the Steelers would still be in the playoffs if the season ended at this moment (the only remaining AFC game is Ravens @ Chargers, which wouldn't chang anything) Steelers and Bengals are both tied at 6-5, but the Steelers have the tiebreaker thanks to the head-to-head win. As it stands in the AFC 1. Texans: 10-1 2. Ravens: 8-2 (@ Chargers) === 3. Patriots: 8-3 4. Broncos: 8-3 === 5. Colts: 7-4 6. Steelers: 6-5 === 7. Bengals: 6-5 8. Dolphins: 5-6 9. Chargers: 4-6 (v Ravens) 10. Titans: 4-7 11. Jets: 4-7 12. Bills: 4-7 13. Browns: 3-8 14. Jaguars: 2-9 15. Chiefs: 1-10 3: Patriots over Broncos on H2H 10: Titans over Jets on common opponents: 3-3 vs. 3-5 (opponents: Patriots, Texans, Steelers, Bills, Colts, Dolphins) If the Chargers beat the Ravens, the Patriots move up to the second seed. There would be a three-way tie for 2nd (Ravens, Patriots, Broncos) and because the Ravens haven't played the Broncos, head-to-head is not a consideration, so it goes to AFC record where the Patriots are 7-1 and the Ravens would be 7-2. For the Steelers, they're now in a race with the Bengals.

BerniesElbow
Yes, Levi, but the playoffs DONT start today. The Squealers still have another game against the Ravens. There will be a press conference tomorrow and Mike Holmgren will depart officially. Thanks for nothing, Mike. Lets put him and the Stoolers in the Gangsta Lean!
