VillaChris
1 hour ago, Zatman said: I think the issue is that Mings was clearly not wanted by Bournemouth, Brighton have high hopes for White not to mention some bigger clubs are linked Brighton are pretty stacked at CB which is what is probably giving Leeds hope, Webster, Duffy, Dunk, Burn and they also have Matt Clarke who did well at Derby last season. Doubt White will go back there just to warm the bench and play in the league cup although I really can't see why Brighton would sell to Leeds given they'll be in a similar part of the table. I certainly reckon Bournemouth are regretting selling Mings now so same could happen here.
useless
Brighton have offered White several new contracts and he's being linked to Liverpool and Chelsea. Edited August 9, 2020 by useless
Demitri_C
Bournmouth might have stayed up had they kept mings. Mings and ake at cb would be a solid partnership
Popular Post OLDVILLAN
After having spent a week trolling through leeds forums and watching their "delusional" you tube streamers (they are like wood lice..coming out of the woodwork by the hundreds),I have come to the conclusion that 16 years in the championship has severely curtailed the mental capacity of 99% of their fan base. The Arrogance of leeds is astounding,Ben white being a prime example,2 bids rejected then they resort to slagging off brighton and their manager,Im so happy that chelsea and spurs are in for him as well. They have a belief that because leeds are a and i quote "a monumental sized club" that they with bielsa can attract any player they want over 80% of the other teams in the premiership and on the cheap may i add..they reckon benrahma is nailed on to go to them for..wait for it..20m haha..bunch of idiots, and it does not end there..they reckon they can get edouard off celtic for less than 20m due to the "bielsa" effect...Watkins is going to them for 18m according to most as he would be a great partner for bamford...I nearly fell off my chair when i read that. They reckon there is no way that watkins and benrahma would choose to go to aston villa over leeds,i dont even think most of them know about dean smiths links with the pair or even that smith was brentfords old manager. I personally cannot wait for VAR to **** them over and to see that lump bielsa fall off his bucket with rage...They truly are going to get a rough awakening..a bit like we did in the premiership and with a lot of the fanbase forecasting themselves finishing anywhere from 6th to 10th in their first season the delusion is strong in Leeds. Zhan_Zhuang
I've read the disgusting comments they have made towards both Grealish and Villa and they are an embarrassment and mentally challenged. After reading the above I'll be rooting for any other team they play next season in the PL.

Villa have a larger and much more successful history, wealthier and more astute ownership, a larger and better stadium, a larger more global fan base, a larger and nicer city, are more likely to avoid relegation as we're not a newly promoted team likely to go straight back down, a better more successful manager who got their team promoted much quicker, more likely to win a cup based off recent history, fans who didn't design a badge that looks like it belongs to a fascist state, much better players with Mings, McGinn and obviously Grealish. And that should nicely wind up any Leeds fans trolling this forum. 4

Probably my least favorite club in England (Birmingham City are more of a “point and laugh” instead of an actual hate for me). I was so happy they got promoted, just so we get the opportunity to slap them around a couple of times this season.
KAZZAM
Yep iv'e been putting them straight on YouTube about they're actual reality. Some of the reply's iv'e have been out this world, Total delusion. One example is them being a bigger club than Chelsea. Tomaszk
Their fans are very very funny on twitter. Mostly kids really. Totally deranged. They're enjoying the attention bless em. For the first time in a long time people care about them and it's like a gang of 10 year olds trying to do the best flip on the bouncy castle. Sadly, as long as Bielsa is there they'll be fine. Be surprised if they're in the relegation zone at all after four weeks has passed.

They will go down because of bad players etc I think some people are massively overrating the Premier League. Newcastle finished mid table ffs under Bruce. I predict them to finish 10th I just think Bielsa's high intensive, pressing style will catch a lot of teams off guard. useless
Bielsa isn't contracted to them at the moment, his last contract ended at the end of June, and he hasn't signed a new one yet, although he's expected to sign in the coming days.
VillaChris
Re-signed Jack Harrison on another season long loan. Did alright for them in championship although not sure he's got enough about him to be consistant weekly in premier league. First saw him playing for New York alongside Lampard a few years back and he was way too good for MLS.

Have no time for Leeds fans or the club but Bielsa proved he is a decent man after what happened in our game at their ground, basically giving us a goal. I wonder how many other managers would have done the same?
