Mantis
I love the fact on any given day the city is full of beautiful well dressed women, creating a plethora of colour, even on a cold winter’s day.
Rob182
My mom was wrong when she said I would ruin my shirts by putting my arms inside them and stretching them. They weren't ruined, I could have sold them to her.

MrDuck
Mystified as to what Lambert has to do to get a game. Sturridge injured, Balotelli misfiring, and still he can't get on the pitch - despite being an England striker with a very respectable goalscoring record. Why did they buy him? Still, good to see Real give them a hiding

Could've scored an own goal though? You have to take these things into account. Edited October 23, 2014 by Ghost
maqroll
It only took 7 weeks for the Balotelli signing to officially blow up in their face Selfish player, should have played Sterling through early on, instead went for glory and failed. The halftime shirt swap is pure Mario. He doesn't care, and probably did it to wind Rodgers and Co. up. Popcorn time.

Nah, it's pure media bollocks. Is the Real player (Pepe?) getting the same nonsense in the Spanish media I wonder? And, according to Carragher, it was Pepe who asked Mario rather than the other way around. Love the way that biting and racial abuse are acceptable at Anfield, but swapping shirts at half time? Oh the outrage! What an admirable club they are.
chappy
To be fair to Rodgers, if one of our players swapped shirts at half time and 3-0 down I'd want him subbed too.
Zatman
but players do it all the time, its just because its Balotelli. Its just a smokescreen on what was an abysmal performance when Rodgers should look at Captain Anonymous again who has no leadership or organisation skills

If it was pure media bollocks, he wouldn't have been subbed out for the second half, and Rodgers would not have told the press that he's unhappy with the incident. The fact of the matter is, the player put in another terrible performance, and while leaving the pitch at halftime down 3 goals, he swaps shirts. It matters not if Pepe made the request, it's a dumb move by Balotelli under the circumstances.
villa_shere
Its been highlighted in other games with other players. There was also an instance where Glen Johnson was laughing and joking with Ronaldo when they were 2-0 down. I'm from the Roy Keane school of thinking and that he shouldnt be socialising with the opposition. Infact i'd prefer they wound him up and hounded and kicked Ronaldo n chums off the pitch as they were never going to give them a football game. Zatman
their captain was laughing and joking as well at 1-0. Liverpool just seemed happy to be there which is horrible attitude to have

The Media are just trying to find something to distract from the fact that their beloved Liverpool are terrible and are miles behind the top teams in Europe. It's not like they would write an intelligent article exposing the numerous flaws in the Liverpool team. Nah it's just easier attack Mario.
