P3te
he was solid. his lack of a touch means he'll rarely be a great player for us on any given day unfortunately. but he's definitely an asset our dirk kuyt
beasley14
Nice to see him getting games and making an impact. Whether he stays a starter or gets rotated there's no doubt he is an asset to the club. I'd rather have him than not.
CI
Great player ronaldo is a great player, messi is a great player, iniesta is a great player. brett holman is not a **** great player Jeez take a Valium mate !! AVFCforever1991
He's ok. At least he has the work rate to make up for his lack of technical ability.

Rockafella
Was brilliant today and at Newcastle. They way he tries to close down and doesnt stop really adds to the team. Not only does it make it much harder for the opposition but it makes the other lads work harder to they dont wanna look lazy after he's running round like a blue ar*e fly! Mantis
Can't imagine opposition players like playing against him. He's on the person with the ball in an instant almost every time.
Brumerican
I wonder if he might be better suited to a holding midfield role ?
CI
He closing down like a man possessed without a stupid lunge at the end. The amount of possession he wins back for the team is brilliant.

Ben Arfa? :?Sadly the only time in the last two games I can't remember him coming down on a player like a ton of bricks. I stand by my point though. Swansea must have hated facing him today as he was always on top of them no matter where they were on the pitch.
CarewsEyebrowDesigner
He's a hard worker but I've yet to be convinced about his final product. I wouldn't mind so much if we had other creative players to do that job but we don't.
ciggiesnbeer
Just rewatched the game. Although he had some poor passes he also had some good ones. It stood out he made easily villas best pass off the game (spilt the Swansea defence to pick out Bent) also he had a great run where he took on and beat a few defenders to break into the box. He deservedly got the standing ovation imho.
