Stevo985 Posted April 10, 2012 VT Supporter Share Posted April 10, 2012 A player who has won 6 league titles in 6 different countries? I don't think there is one, but my mate is adamant that there is, even though he doesn't know the answer! Dont think so might be wrong, would need to be the greatest journeyman player in the world I'm thinking maybe he got the question wrong and it mihgt be 6 league titles with 6 different clubs (but not countries) Oh and one of them is an English club by the way... apparently I've finally got an answer for this, but it's wrong. Mateja Kezman He won 6 league titles, but 2 were in the same country (Holland with PSV) The others were Yugoslav with Partizan, England with Chelsea, Turkey with Fenerbahce and Belarus with BATE. The guy who told me the question claims he won the Chinese league too, but as far as I can see, he hasn't. He own a league cup and an FA cup there, but not the league. Mystery solved... sort of
Stevo985 Posted April 18, 2012 VT Supporter Share Posted April 18, 2012 New question with a surprising answer (imo): How many teams have qualified for more World Cup Quarter Finals than England? Bonus points for which teams they are and how many they've played in ("Quarter Final" includes being one of the 8 best teams in a tournament where the format didn't have quarter finals)

Stevo985 Posted April 18, 2012 VT Supporter Share Posted April 18, 2012 Yep! Only Germany and Brazil (both with 16) have more than England, who are joint with Italy with 10 each. The difference being that England have only won 2. Incidentally Arengtina and Yugoslavia round off the top 6.
