BOF Posted October 2, 2013 Moderator Share Posted October 2, 2013 I think this lot will win the league now. They've yet to click but then everyone bar Arsenal are yet to click and I think these have the greatest potential for improvement based on their squad. Chelsea I think will suffer because of their strikeforce, even allowing for a January transfer window. An injury to Flamini and Arsenal revert to that powderpuff side that lose at places like the Brittania. United I've ... covered elsewhere and I think by the time Spurs truly click they'll be playing catchup.
Folski
José's ego could cost Chelsea the title, not playing Mata and loaning out "kid" Lukaku is simply nuts.
Zatman
think City will win the league if Aguero stays fit not Kompany or Toure, Saturday proved how important he is to the team

Folski
Ya definitely, Tevez was a big loss in my eyes too, he's twice the player when playing with Aguero and Negredo & Jovetic don't look as good
Zatman
think their forward line is brilliant and really like Negredo but Aguero is the one that makes things happens, with his dribbling, vision, finishing and movement. I was celebrating when found out he wasnt going to play
Dr_Pangloss
Early days but Jovetic looks like he could be an absolutely horrendous signing, Bowery looked a better player on Saturday.
maqroll
Hart just gifted Ribery a goal from distance...doesn't bode well for England if Hart's form continues to falter.

Voinjama
I take it you lot don't rate Hart then. Roy Keane was the pioneer in this, it seems many are now agreeing with him.
TrentVilla Posted October 2, 2013 Moderator Share Posted October 2, 2013 City can't win the league with a keeper playing like Hart.
Voinjama
I actually rate Hart, he is just having a bad run of form. He'll be back to his form of 2012 when Man City won the league soon.
TrentVilla Posted October 2, 2013 Moderator Share Posted October 2, 2013 I like him, both as a player and bloke he is a good guy but his 'run' of poor form is pretty prolonged now I can't see it suddenly improving.
Dr_Pangloss
I take it you lot don't rate Hart then. Roy Keane was the pioneer in this, it seems many are now agreeing with him. Roy didn't start anything, many of us could see that although talented, Hart has so many fundamental flaws that he'll never be a top keeper unless he corrects them. Thus far he seems to be going backwards. All Roy did was cut through the bullshit of the other useless ITV pundits.
Voinjama
Roy Keane was the first person in the public eye to criticise Joe Hart and he got stick for it. This was back in 2012. Edited October 2, 2013 by Voinjama
Dr_Pangloss
That's nice but 'many' were skeptical of Hart way before that.
