PaulC
City signed Kompany before they'd been taken over by the Arabs. I think one of the reasons he gets s relatively easy ride is because he is one of the final "old" Man City players of the pre billionaire days. Ditto Joe Hart. I would argue that Kompany is made to look bad because of the lack of protection from midfield
Zatman
they play 2 defensive midfielders(also one of their main problems especially as both are not good enough), Kompany is made to look bad because he is bad

Jimzk5
Spend 28million on bony and start the ineffective dzeko And yaya toure, for £280,000 a week you should be putting in 100% every week, he didnt even break into a steady jog today
VillaChris
Fancy Arsenal to finish 2nd now. Incredibly if Man. United win v Spurs they'll only be two points off City and have to play them at Old Trafford in a few weeks.

rodders0223
Spend £28m on Bony and have Demicheles at CB and Fernandinho in CM. When was the last truly class player Citeh signed? Their transfer policy for the past 3 years at least has been awful.

dudevillaisnice
Did Pellegrini deny the bust up between Kompany and Fernandinho? results and performances like today won't help the cause. They didn't look too bothered.

He is the same goalkeeper he was 5 years ago which is massively dissapointing considering the potential he had. Still, long term contract, multi millionaire, and unchallenged no 1 for his country...
