They are not the same thing at all. Chelsea's parent company is selling players between assets to give one club artificial profit at a time when they are facing heavy scrunity for their beaches or exploitation of the rules. Well Chelsea seem to do whatever they want so it wouldn’t surprise me if they landed him but it sounds like they’re also pursuing a Calvert-Lewin swap for Datro Fofana as a backup option.
