maqroll
It'll be fun to have him back, and with Di Canio at Sunderland, and Moyes trying to fill gigantic shoes at Old Trafford...good soap opera stuff ahead I think Edited May 21, 2013 by maqroll

CI
I think Chelsea could win the PL next season. Utd will suffer without SAF , Ci£y are a mess of a club and arsenal don't win anything. Spurs will lose Bale . Leaves just Chelsea to clean up
turnbull
I suppose this is the closest Chelsea will ever get to continuity.

dont_do_it_doug.
Delighted! Never thought I'd be pleased regarding an opposition managerial appointment. Aside from McLeish for them, knew that would end well...
The_Rev
I suppose this is the closest Chelsea will ever get to continuity. Who needs continuity when you have Roman Abramovich? In his ten seasons as owner Chelsea have won: 3 Premier League titles 4 FA Cups 2 League cups 1 European Champions League 1 Europa League He is averaging more than one trophy a year. His methods might be expensive, but they clearly work.
TrentVilla Posted June 3, 2013 Moderator Share Posted June 3, 2013 He is averaging more than one trophy a year. His methods might be expensive, but they clearly work. Totally agree. In fact I think I'm right in saying that Chelsea have won as many trophies in the last 10 years under their various managers as United did under Fergie. Anyway, as a neutral in terms of the top end of the PL I'm delighted to see him back. I've always liked him and though I loath Chelsea I'm looking forward to him being back, the PL will be more interesting as a result.
The_Rev
I think my count is correct, but since 2003/04 (Abramovich's first season as he took over in the summer of 2003) the trophy count is like this: Chelsea: 11 3 league titles (04/05, 05/06, 09/10) 4 FA cups (06/07, 08/09, 09/10, 11/12) 2 League cups (04/05, 06/07) 1 Champions League (11/12) 1 Europa League (12/13) Manchester United: 10 5 league titles (06/07, 07/08, 08/09, 10/11, 12/13) 1 FA cup (03/04) 3 League cups (05/06, 08/09, 09/10) 1 Champions League (07/08) More trophies and a bit more variety in Chelsea's haul too. Zatman
media wankfest is pathetic. Mourinho is not great for Premier League.
