OutByEaster? Posted April 17, 2022 Moderator Share Posted April 17, 2022 I give up chocolate and a bundle of other stuff every year for lent, despite the fact that I gave up Catholicism many, many years ago. It makes Easter Sunday a bit more enjoyable as I gorge on biscuits, cakes, chocolate, crisps and fizzy pop. Anyways, I don't like just chocolate on its own, never have, it's too sickly unless it's got a bit of biscuit or caramel through it, so I tend to eat whatever is inside an egg and then take the actual egg to work and give it to whoever fancies it. A big block of Dairy Milk is a no for me, but I do love a Snickers, a Topic or a Twix and a whole packet of Chocolate fingers.

Xela
The Twirl bar makes the Flake redundant. Why would you bother with the latter? 1

Rugeley Villa
If anyone does Aldi then get yourself some of those chocolate bars with caramel in them . They are a foreign brand, and my favourite at the minute.

I was in the shop the other day and I couldn't believe how small a Galaxy bar is these days. It looked about half a centimetre thick at most, even allowing for shrinkflation that's taking the piss. Ingram85
Curly wurlys are now the same as a chomp but with holes punched out. They used to be rock hard though and differently shaped.

Top tier amazing chocolate bar. Same for me as Fuse, Marble, Champagne Crunchie and Mint Wispa. The original Time Out was good aswell, far superior to the modern Blue Ribband knock off. I also miss Trio, which was a lunch box type chocolate biscuit bar.
