wiggyrichard
Just had a quick look on the betting for the Masters. Woods @ 4/1 Favourite Jason Day @ 28/1 Sergio Garcia @ 33/1 Steve Stricker @ 40/1 K J Choi @ 50/1 Thomas Bjorn @ 100/1 Bjorn looks like a good each way shout at 100's. Im also surprised that Stricker is as far out as 40's. Think i will be going with Day, Choi & little outside bet on Bjorn.
DTheVillan
Hello Everyone, I know we've mooted this before but I'm still happy to organise & host a VT golf day. I can sort out competitive green fees etc to make this both very friendly & affordable. I reckon if we can get 8 definates (the more the merrier of course) then we can get the day off the ground this time

CI
In between your stag do and wedding then ? See what DtheVillan comes back with. I can play midweek if that suits others, green fees may be cheaper

DTheVillan
I can get us sorted out no problem. My home course is Dartmouth, in the Sandwell Valley. You can have a look at www.Dartmouthgolfclub.co.uk We can play pretty much to suit, even if it's just a social knock before a golf day. It's a very nice course and you will get to play the longest opening hole in European golf. Dartmouth is one of the West Midlands best kept 'golfing' secrets so it's well worth a visit
CI
Never heard of it, looks nice though. How long is the 1st ?
DTheVillan
675 yds.....par 5, out of bounds left all the way, roller-coaster fairway for 300yds & then a postage stamp green, magnificent. I told you it was a well ket secret

DTheVillan
No it's not, it's long but it's fairly straightforward. S1 is 10, a longish par 4 to a blind green, another lovely hole where pars are like hens teeth
CI
Is there any water on that course ?
