Your average man needs no more than 65g of protein a day. If you are a vest wearing gym brodude then obviously you would eat more.

Vests and dudes aside, I suppose it does depend what kind of lifestyle you lead and what LBM you want to maintain / achieve. 65g could well be sufficient for a completely sedentary 7 stone yogurt knitting, socks and sandals wearing bean eater. ;)
