I was riding a motorbike when some guy started chasing me so I drove up to that place overlooking the Los Santos Customs shop that has the railings missing where one of the stunt jumps is. I swerved sped off round there, turned and started coming back hoping he'd just go over the edge but no, he clipped me. While getting back up I noticed his car hanging over the edge and slowly it went, so as he landed roof down, I dropped a grenade down there. Kaboom!
