Ponky
My wife was a surgical nurse and used to assist operations for the surgeon Dr Hack. My cousin's cousin had the surname Cox and married a guy with the surname Ball. I never found out whether she hyphenated it to Cox-Ball or not. MrDuck
I had a friend by the name of Simon Ness, and his brother Stuart Ness. I discovered one day their middle names - Andrew and Peter. I'm convinced their Dad (who chose the names) was having a laugh, as that meant there was a Simon A Ness and Stuart P Ness. Genius!

Designer1 Posted August 16, 2011 VT Supporter Share Posted August 16, 2011 I went to college with a fellow named Rupert Prat. He looked nothing like his name suggested, and was far from a prat, but he did get some strange looks and sniggers when his name was read out for the first time.
