Risso
Yeah I know Bicks, I deliberately overdid it to be honest, as I love completely over the top HDR, so sue me! There's too much of a halo effect around the lamp as well, but I sort of likes the metallic effect of the stripes.
bickster Posted September 18, 2011 Moderator Share Posted September 18, 2011 Theres a lot of haloing tbh, even in the building on the right

Risso
This is the entrance to THE most squalid site office I have ever seen in my life. It's at an old abandoned quarry a couple of miles out of our village.
Risso
One last bit of HDR nonsense for Bicks, as I know he loves it so much!
peterms
Out and about at the most northerly tip of the island today, saw lots of gannets dive bombing, which is always a great sight: So much more interesting than the HDR nonsense. Looks like photography, not an underexposed 70s album sleeve from a hallucinating roadie.

tonyh29
What do people make of this little device ? Capture living pictures the photo gallery gives you an idea of what it can do ... double click on the Butterfly or Spider etc etc
bickster Posted October 24, 2011 Moderator Share Posted October 24, 2011 Sounds great, but looking at the pictures on their website, it doesn't really focus properly. (double click to zoom in on something then single click to focus - blurry)
mjmooney Posted October 24, 2011 VT Supporter Share Posted October 24, 2011 I like those HDR shots a lot. Nothing wrong with underexposed 70s album sleeves at all.

chrisp65
One of those annoying shots where I just couldn't get the framing I wanted because of parked cars, posts, stuff. Again, couldn't quite get the framing because of traffic and obstacles. Turned out to be a really nice guy, I asked if I could take a couple of snaps and he was happy to let me dick around providing I promised I wasn't from the council.
