Goat - Requiem.

Thanks you Mr Crisp and Bicks for this recommendation. Top album. Not heard any Goat stuff before, but on the strength of this may go and revisit their earlier work.

Trying to get into Nine Inch Nails as I've never really given them a go before.

Started with this album

And it's got some absolute belters on it. "The Hand That Feeds" and "Getting Smaller" are excellent.

I've never gave them much of a listen either.

Try their early stuff, "Pretty Hate Machine" and "The Downward Spiral"

Goat, World Music is equally fine if you're interested.

The cover and slip sleeve will give you a fit though.

 This proper rocks

The couple of tracks I've heard have been really good.

Looks like Dave has got well in to his motorik drumming, which is great.

I get to pick mine up at the gig in 9 days time. Can't wait.

Yeah, there's definite Neu type influences. It's rockier (in the good sense) than their other albums. I really like it. Enjoy the gig.

Ha ha ha - Try the first track, you big soft git :)

Imagine if they had a singer, and quite a bit less of the taped crowd. None would be best.

Suspect it's the audio equivalent of trying to cover up a bad smell with a scented product. Succeeding only in making a bigger bad smell :)

But hey, the rest of it!

Yeah, the vocals are pretty crap, but it's what's behind him that does it for me. Keep 'em  coming :)
