chrisp65
Well Libertino Records with a defo early season lead in the local label local band releases this year. Silent Forum, their third album in 7 years, Domestic Majestic. Kinda indie pop, I guess, reminded me of My Name Is Ian, but without the funny songs, that probably won’t help many as a description! rjw63
This US press has a locked groove at the end of side one (UK version doesn't). Still learning new stuff after all these years.
chrisp65
In 1985 hip hop was invented in Llan Ffestiniog, and the rest is history. Superb album, the sweet spot of live but studio recorded. Either by accident or design they’ve captured the spirit of Ll Ll and Ankst by getting the track listing wrong.

chrisp65
Picked up the first 2 on CD but for some reason Country Funk 3 was a decent price on vinyl. Is Conway Twitty my guilty secret? I think funky disco Conway Twitty just might be, yes.

tonyh29
New James album arrived this morning will be giving that a spin It’s actually just become their first ever number one album ( excluding the greatest hits one) , beating Beyoncé into the number 2 spot ….42 years in the making they also went down the record shop and live gig with a copy of the album route that Shed Seven did to achieve their first number one album …. It’s a great way to beat the system rigged for the major acts , hope it continues ( also means I get to see James playing at Pryzm in Kingston later this year )
