Pelle
After a long time of trying to convince me from @rjw63I finally fell for it and bought myself a turntable. These were my first purchases: Then I dug out my old ones and of course the two the left were already in my collection, but who cares? Brilliant albums all of them.

bickster Posted September 26, 2020 Moderator Share Posted September 26, 2020 Easing my way into the weekend with an alltime favourite, works for lazy mornings, tired night and even working from home LC - the second Durutti Column Album on Factory from 1981 I think I've posted this before but this was one of those very speculative purchases back in school and it really has stayed with me for the last 40 years, vinyl is still in great condition (cover isn't that bad either)

Designer1 Posted September 29, 2020 VT Supporter Share Posted September 29, 2020 Excellent as usual. In fact upon the first couple of listens this could be his best work so far.

chrisp65
Possibly the thinnest a piece of vinyl can be without being a flexi disc

Xann
Another New Age album has sneaked in there. This is better than the VT Jazz Epiphany.

chrisp65
Yep, that would probably be my first one when I get around to it. It’s the least Rod Stewart!

Designer1 Posted October 1, 2020 VT Supporter Share Posted October 1, 2020 I bloody love Les Claypool, but some of his work can be a little patchy and inconsistent. This however is excellent stuff and let's face It we always knew Sean was better than his dad
