Seat68
A rare break from country music. Sat on wolves train station platform listening to one of the greatest albums ever made. In an aeroplane over the sea by neutral milk hotel. Sounds as good today as the day it was released.

mjmooney Posted December 1, 2015 VT Supporter Share Posted December 1, 2015 I'd forgotten what a great album this was. Still holds up.
rjw63
Mrs Rob likes to relive her youth, so every year I get her an album from the 70s. Lucky her, this year I got 4! All in amazingly good nick, I was expecting at least one to be scratched to buggery for the £5 I paid. But they're all great. Result. "Imperial Wizard" is actually a great track (and Dave looks better with a beard).

Seat68
The soundtrack to the film, a live album essentially. The more I delve into Willie Nelsons back catalogue, the more I love him. Red Headed Stranger, Pancho and Lefty in particular have been played to death of late. I feel that because his music was always on in the house I was immune to it, this year though has been me discovering his back catalogue, really as a result of his last album with Merle Haggard.
mjmooney Posted December 4, 2015 VT Supporter Share Posted December 4, 2015 I always preferred Waylon Jennings to Willie Nelson.
