Xann
never heard of him but just listened to a few of his songs and hes brilliant, very hendrix like. It's one of my favourites that. He never actually made an album as such, it's a couple of the sessions he recorded at Denmark St back in the day. There's no more either as far as I'm aware. Soon after he quit the music industry to become a Buddhist monk, which he still is today.

Very little of his music about and impossible to track down, I have bloody tried.

Keyblade
I love the stuff he did with higher intelligence agency. Top stuff Yep, both albums are brilliant. Substrata will still be the best thing he's ever done though. Just sublime.
Designer1 Posted January 23, 2015 VT Supporter Share Posted January 23, 2015 (edited) Kind of obsessed with Primordial at the moment, so this has been on very heavy rotation the last week or so: Edited January 23, 2015 by Designer1

bickster Posted January 23, 2015 Moderator Share Posted January 23, 2015 Not a big fan of that album. They were never the same without Clint.I'd say they missed Richard and Fuzz just as much as Clint, those three were the band really imo
Seat68
Clint got serious, and infinitely richer, but you need Richard and Clint for it to be the poppies. What I wouldnt give for Clint Mansell to get up on stage once more and give me a blast of "I go down town and I hustle chicks". I am going to get Box Frenzy out tonight and thats going to soundtrack me giving the wife helpful advice whilst she cooks me a curry.
Xann
'This Is The Day...' was a fab sounding thing when it came out. It's the only thing of theirs I still listen to from time to time. The original of 'Beaver Patrol' is IMHO.
