Hev
The Rutles recorded their first album in twenty minutes. The second one took even longer. I've actually got the Rutles album - but then, I've taken tea!

Seat68
Terry Callier - 'The New Folk Sound Of Terry Callier' Men generally don't have voices that can be described as 'beautiful'. This is a great album, really great. Just got 4, so I now have 3,4 and 5 of the series of 5 I might never get 1 or 2, just to wind up completists and autistic types that might rummage through my CD's Why would you do that???? Of those recordings, a period I am not 100% behind, 5 for me is hands down the best.
chrisp65
ha! It's another variation on that theme from the other day discussing Jam albums. The stuff I like I have multiple copies of, I have Japanese imports, German pressings. A Canadian album with same tracks in a different order, I've got the translucent yellow floppy disc, free with a magazine of 'Pop Art Poem', possibly my prized possession it took me years to find. But 'Setting Sons' meh, there's better stuff out there so I don't have a copy. It does drive some people nuts.

mjmooney Posted January 21, 2015 VT Supporter Share Posted January 21, 2015 foreigner, double vision. like their first four albums but not so after that. A mate of mine has the theory that all bands whose names end in 'er' are shit. I think he's onto something, there.
