Popular Post VILLAMARV
There's a charity been set up in my area that gives away free stuff. For example there's a school uniform exchange where people with kids literally take in the stuff that's being grown out of and get the new size up for nothing. As someone expecting their first kid in about 14 weeks time, someone told me about it and that we could probably get useful stuff for free from there. Another friend of mine stressed - don't buy anything marv, just go to the hive and see what they have first. Now, me and MrsVM have still bought cute outfits and so on when out and about, and there will be some things we want to be new like a matress and stuff, but I have literally picked up a changing table, loads of nappies, a pram, a moses basket, a changing matress, a baby bath and our names are down on the list to pick up a next to me cot, sterilisers and all sorts befor ethe big day arrives. literally thousands of pounds worth of stuff if bought new. Which I most definitely couldn'y have afforded. The even better bit is all this plastic stuff and useful expensive stuff will eventually get returned to said hive and passed on to someone else. Reducing the cost for others, but also reducing all that waste going into landfil or sitting in a loft forever gathering dust. Absolutely bloody fantastic place. What a great idea.

rjw63
Down on page three ya miserable bastards Anyway, beating someone to an item on eBay, when that someone has put a double bid on. Why do they do it? Do they think it will scare people off? I will even bid on stuff I don't want if I see a double bid, just to boost the final price. Anyway, I wanted this one and I got it for £60 cheaper than the lowest priced on Discogs, so a productive evening
sidcow Posted September 8 VT Supporter Share Posted September 8 Saying in a loud, deep, resonating voice "I AM A GOD AND I GIVE YOU THE GIFT OF LIFE" every time I fish an insect out of the pool with the net. Well it cheers me up anyway. Mrs Sidcow just thinks I'm an idiot.

Rds1983 Posted Sunday at 14:57 VT Supporter Share Posted Sunday at 14:57 My wife, nine other Mum's and two of the teachers at my son's school have climbed Snowden/Yr Wyddfa today and raised nearly £2,000 for the PTA. Despite the awful weather they made it up and back down again without anyone getting hurt. @Rugeley Villa let me know if you ever plan on going back up and the ladies can give you some tips on staying safe.

I thought at first you were saying your wife is nine! But seriously congratulations (to all the people) that raised money for charity.
