Went to B&Q last Sunday to get the design started, we were a little early but then the designer was tied up for ages with another customer so eventually someone else took over. Fast forward to yesterday morning, and we get a parking fine from UKPC for £100, or £60 if you pay quicker, for overstaying at the shopping centre car park by 28 minutes (didn't even know there was a time limit). Well it wasn't really out fault so I've appealed the fine, not a chance in hell they will quash it, the pricks, but... I sent a message of complaint to B&Q about it, and they rang me this morning and are getting it cancelled.
