Curry Goat is lovely, three days after it's been made. It isn't too spicy, it's relatively mild but still has a kick if you use Scotch Bonnet peppers. 

 

 

3 days after its made you would want to throw it in the bin

I've worded this wrong, sorry it's my fault. When I write 'made' I meant, prepared not cooked. When it's been bashed up, all together and then finally it's cooked. I love it.

scientifically, that very much depends on the time of year

 

If we have chicken or turkey on a Sunday I'll happily use left overs to make a Monday sandwich or a curry. By Tuesday it'll most likely been thrown out. However at Christmas all meats can be used through until about January 4th.
