villaajax
Curry Goat is lovely, three days after it's been made. It isn't too spicy, it's relatively mild but still has a kick if you use Scotch Bonnet peppers. 3 days after its made you would want to throw it in the bin Hasn't done 8pints any harm...

8pints
Curry Goat is lovely, three days after it's been made. It isn't too spicy, it's relatively mild but still has a kick if you use Scotch Bonnet peppers. 3 days after its made you would want to throw it in the bin I've worded this wrong, sorry it's my fault. When I write 'made' I meant, prepared not cooked. When it's been bashed up, all together and then finally it's cooked. I love it. By Tuesday it'll most likely been thrown out. However at Christmas all meats can be used through until about January 4th.
