Having the fortune to spend a week-long "learning trip" with work to Sicily.  Absolutely fantastic.

Food you could die for (WOW!).  Unlimited wine with meals (it comes in jugs! As soon as one is finished it's immediately replaced :D).   Gorgeous architecture, gorgeous tradition, gorgeous people.

Now the depression will set in once back in work that I'm not there - not yet mind - I've got a bottle of Limoncello.

Alcohol.

It certainly cheers me up while I'm on it, just the next day I usually regret it..

I currently suffering that very fate. A Maccies would cheer me up right now.

Can you smell McDonalds from your house? I can smell it from work usually.

A key ingredient in a pretzel is pee.

Well, Urea to be exact. It's extracted from pee and used to glaze (I think).

My dog won't go near pretzels, and she eats anything.

I think whoever peed over your pretzels was just having you on.

They synthesize urea. They're not extracting it from buckets of piss.
