Thought it was ok, not quite what I expected and the acting was a little 'hammy', but overall it was decent. Only 3 parts too so no major investment of my time of it ends up being shite! A lot of interesting stuff about the start of recording sound and music, as well as a look at the early work of Louis Armstrong and Irving Berlin, amongst others. Seems Sky now hold the UK rights and it's on sky on demand. Thankfully my sister has Sky, it's impossible to find illegally. Watched the pilot last night, pretty good! I know it's obvious to say, but it's Dirty Harry the series right? Only he's Dirty Harry's son, with a bit more heart. Looking forward to seeing how it pans out over the series format. It is good how the series deals with time, the grandfather paradox route was not taken(like in Back to the future). Instead it's the other way where it continues from a certain point in time which is better imo. Really good so far. I will watch the film again at the end of the series.
