Moncao will be even more exciting to watch now, so much talent

You're having a laugh...I must've watched about 15 of their games last season and about 13 were borefests.

If you look back I'm sure they had a spell of 10 games where there was only 1 goal in their game.....

They counter attacked very well in the second half of that game.

The 2nd leg and both legs v Juve were a better indication of their abilities....

Lyon were the best team to watch in France last season and Marsielle had the most entertaining games on account of their defence being Villa standard. Even PSG weren't that great but obviously had the individuals to bail them out in games.

Is Downing on his way out of West Ham? I'd have him back!

He is going back to a former club at least.

thought it was Middlesbrough from your post :P
Boro and Sunderland both want him.
Yep, I've heard Boro were definitely in talks and hopeful but are aware they might have other competition.

ps. I'm aware this reads like a Mirror article!

Je suis ITK!

The French league from what I watched a few years ago has to be one of the dullest in the world. The majority games look like fricking testomonials the pace they are played at. You see a team 1-0 in the last 10 minutes and they don't even go for it.

I watched a fair bit last season as Bet 365 stream the games and tbh it's not that bad although yeah I never bothered watching two bottom 6 teams playing.

As said Lyon and Marseille were very entertaining, hope Lyon keep Lacazette and Fekir as they'll surprise a few in the CL, Marseille have lost key players so don't see them doing much this season but they were involved in the best games last year.

St Ettiene were pretty decent to watch aswell, enjoyed a few of their games. Monaco were dull as dishwater.

I know the Mexican league is well established and has its own thing going on but the MLS really should be a draw for the whole of Central America and a driving force in it developing further

Surprising there aren't more Mexican internationals playing there, then really any Costa Rican, Honduran, anyone half decent for the Caribbean, the MLS should be all over them

Jeremain Lens Sunderland

Any good? Think i seen him at the world cup under LVG

The clip of him on sky sports showed him shooting wide. Wondered why we hadn't signed him with a video like that.

Not seen much of him.

gio dos santos signed for la galaxy

Just seen that, another quality player in his prime going to the MLS.

Quality might be pushing it, I think he has a decent 6 months in his whole career.

I think he's quite shit to be perfectly honest
