Mister_Master
Fernando Meira, Pedro Mendes and Nuno Assis may return to Guimarães. They would help them a lot, with their experience.

Mister_Master
I'll be sad if he signs with Guimaraes, after seeing Nuno Gomes sign with Braga, see another former captain of Benfica sign with a portuguese club...
dont_do_it_doug.
I hope Taarabt stays would have liked to see him play regularly in the Premier League. Same here. He's easily worth £13.5m. Gutted we're not in there to tell the truth.
AVFC-Prideofbrum
I'm happy we ain't in for him, huge, huge, huge risk for that money for a player you have to build a team around.
The_Rev
He didnt make the grade at Spurs. I have seen plenty of players look amazing in the Championship and not so great in the Premier League. I'd be cautious about spending huge on Tarrabt.
Chindie Posted July 2, 2011 VT Supporter Share Posted July 2, 2011 Taarabt is pretty much the definition of a show pony imo.
Milfner
Agree, Chindie. Really think he'd be found out at this level too. Plus, he really doesn't seem like the player that likes to do the 'dirty' side of the game too, which isn't exactly going to help QPR defensively at all. Would you put him as a close second to Ethan Moore as the player of his generation?

dudevillaisnice
Dale Jennings of tranmere rovers is going to have a medical at... you guessed it, Bayern tomorrow.
Milfner
Jennings does have the potential to be a good player at Championship level, but Bayern?! Wtf.
VillaAlex
SGC isn't exaggerating for once Technically the lad can do anything, I'd say he has more talent in he's little toe then a lot of our players. However that doesn't make you a good footballer. If he sorts himself out mentally, he can be a star but it's a big if.
