omariqy
Pakistan are always the wild card because on their day they can beat anyone. However I do not think their batting is strong enough to win the tournament. They are missing a Misbah, Mohammed Yousuf or Younis Khan to build their innings around. My pick is India. I agree about Pakistan but I would say those three names you mention are hardly t20 players. They have rightly brought in some younger players like Shezhad who got a 100 against Bangladesh. Rodders
England You have to laugh really. Still, quite pleased whenever an associate side beats a top side. Although, the act of doing so rather undermines our claim to the status of top team

England in trouble here against The Netherlands IMO you should play your best players in all forms of the game. If they are world class they are world class and will do a job for you. I think England have been guilty of trying to get too many specialist players in the team,

CrackpotForeigner
I'd be happier about this if it were likely to bring about a surge in grassroots cricket interest in the Netherlands. Unfortunately Netherlands cricket is probably always going to be about fielding a side full of colonials with a Dutch grandparent.
Zatman
that's twice to Hollland now they have lost and once to Ireland in 50 overs. Is this England team got an arrogance problem vs the lesser teams? anyway think Giles has **** up his chance now of getting main job

Eames
Hopefull we will never see Jade Dernbach in an England shirt again. A horrible horrible bowler - not at fault today but that over against SA cost England the game.
CrackpotForeigner
With a name like Jade he should be disqualified from international competition automatically. Barred from any kind of public appearance, in fact.
chrisp65
well, on a positive note, the new office is (according to google earth) 398 metres away from Sofia Gardens we have a plan to watch some old school long game - and by watch, I obviously mean sit there with a pint, chatting, napping and reading the broadsheet newspapers

I think England have been guilty of trying to get too many specialist players in the team, in the last t20 world cup both Misbah and Khan batted too slow. I think Yousuf was a marvelous player. We saw him briefly at Warwickshire playing on new wickets which wrere unplayable. Neither Trott or Bell could score a run on them but Yousef showed his class. Yes I agree to an extent about England. Firstly we should pick a keeper who can keep. Sorry but Butler isn't good enough! Davies and Foster are far better and would probably get as many runs. But you wouldn't pick Cook, Bell and Trott in t20 would you? Bell was there but Giles didn't pick him. We need more mystery spinners in our game. Our spinners are crap now Swann has retired. Avfc96
This bunch are the worst England team since 1999. Comedy fielding, losing against teams we should be beating convincingly, players who deserve to be nowhere near the team and being beaten by nearly every team we play.
