Avfc96
And there goes the Ashes, spineless pathetic performance in all of 3 tests so far and I would bet it would continue.
PaulC
Woeful, PRIOR had a day to forget. Crap shot and then misses an easy stumping when Warner didnt have that much.
villarule123 Posted December 16, 2013 VT Supporter Share Posted December 16, 2013 Just turned it on for 5 minutes whilst I had my breakfast to see KP get caught going for a 6 off spin. And they wonder why we're such a shambles this tour I'd drop him, he's clearly not a team player
AVFC_Hitz
Pietersen batting like there is a realistic run-chase on. Reckless and pretty much sums up what we're all about this year. No courage to shake things up. Batsmen desperately out of form.
Rodders
mockers on - bell and stokes are putting up a welcome fight for a change.

Risso
Oh well, not that there was much of a chance, but with Bell gone, there's none whatsoever. The lad can hold his head up high, he's the one class act that England have.
PaulC
Two reviews have gone against Bell this test. Fair play to Stokes he has played well for a young lad.
Zatman
all the criticism of KP is fair but Swann and Anderson have been really poor, only Broad of the senior bowlers will come out of this with any credit. this could be another 5-0 if nto careful and not the way Ian Botham was predicting

If the ball isnt swinging Anderson is innefective. Good case to play both Boyd and Finn next test and leave Anderson out!
Ponky
That ball to dismiss Cook was unbelievable. England has had some bad luck this test but that ball was simply a killer blow.

snowychap
Congratulations to the Aussies. I hope that Stokes goes on from this performance - a lot to like about the way he batted for his ton.

Zatman
England really have been disgraceful in the 3 games so far. none of the top 5 got a century, didnt once take 20 wickets in a match, not once got over 400 runs. only players come out with any credit is Broad and Stokes Its not really knee jerk reaction either as they werent great in the summer either, not wrong to say they have gone backwards under Cook than when Strauss was captain
PaulC
I saw Stokes play for Durham 2nds when he was 17. obvious huge talent! I wondered whether he was good enougn to bat at 6 at this stage of his career but he looks the total package. Possibly going to be our best allrounder since Botham. Only thing i blame Cook for is his own form. Captain can only have a certain amount of infleuence on a team. Ask Michael Clarke! look at his record before this series! Big diff is Lehman! Flower out!
