LancsVillan Posted November 30, 2005 Moderator Share Posted November 30, 2005 Ok while sitting here tonight and taking three hours to catch up on threads (deleting posts as I went ;-) only to get an error as other mods were doing the same. I started thinking back to a topic on conversation in the pub, and previously between JB, Simon and I. Should I as a Mod actually have my name in my username? A lot of you will know my name as unsurprisingly it is what I sign PMs and emails with but anyway let's see
kjackson
Well, I think Chris' Mate is ok other than it doesn't fit your criteria of having your name included. :winkold: I reckon most everyone knows you are "Al" and a moderator, so leave it stand is my opinion. paddy
How about ModAl? That makes you average I guess (if I paid attention in gcse maths).
TheSufferingVilla
Change is a bad thing, unless that change is a massive clear out of owners management and players at Villa Park, keep it as it is.
bickster Posted November 30, 2005 Moderator Share Posted November 30, 2005 keep it the way it is
Wurzel
Why change? No need to, your mod powers are the same regardless of what you call yourself! :winkold:
Jon
don't you lose your post count if you change your user name, Al?
NurembergVillan Posted November 30, 2005 Moderator Share Posted November 30, 2005 You could change it to "Dont reply to people who tried to help with a letterhead for my son's footy team"
gareth_barry's_left_foot
You could change it to "Dont reply to people who tried to help with a letterhead for my son's footy team" ... but like the Murphys Al, he's not bitter!!
The_Rev
I dont think you should change your name when you have a sense of identity on the board. Puff Daddy does that sort of thing. And hes a cock.
Trinity-Tom
You could go the other route and legally change your name to LancsVilla. Thats my preferred choice!
