dAVe80
Look out Scotland. Just up the road from me. Wonderful place Stockton. My mate once got propositioned by a prostitute in Stockton, who offered to give him a BJ for £2. Not just the beer that's cheap.

Xann
Ever been? Oh yes, my Old Dear is Scottish. I like Glasgow, but resent being caged in the off licences.
chrisp65
Ever been in a Glasgow boozer that was accessed via a wicket gate in a closed shopfront sized roller shutter - that roller shutter painted with a skull and crossbones and the letters I.R.A. ? What's more, I was clearly an away fan on a footy night when I did it. Got away with it triumphantly but would never try the same trick again. Popular Post Meath_Villan
My ex claimed her thighs were so strong that she could crush my skull with them. I never put it to the test.
Rugeley Villa
Never been to glasgow but it does seem stupidly rough. The poor areas make rough places in brum look kind of alright. My cousin lives in edinburgh, some very nice parts but some bloody awful places also.
Popular Post GarethRDR
Scotland. I remember it much as one recalls a dream. Or a nightmare. I was on a budget flight to Norway, when a storm hit and forced us to ditch in Glasgow, Prestwick. I was stranded. And it's so hilly up there that you can't get any signal on your carphone. It looked bad. It looked like I was going to have to spend the night in Glasgow. The cabin crew suggested we all go out and club it. I had no option. It was that or one of their B&Bs. I figured it'd be safer on the streets. For the first time ever I saw the Scotch in their natural habitat, and it weren't pretty. I'd seen them huddling in stations before, being loud but… this time I was surrounded. Everywhere I went it felt like they were watching me; fish-white flesh puckered by the Highland breeze; tight eyes peering out for fresh meat; screechy, booze-soaked voices hollering out for a taxi to take 'em halfway up the road to the next all-night watering hole. A shatter of glass; a round of applause; a sixteen-year-old mother of three vomiting in an open sewer, bairns looking on, chewing on potato cakes. I ain’t never going back… not never. Ha, no not been there. Did a wedding in Glasgow a couple of years back. Most of the guests stayed at a central hotel, quite nice actually. On the tables in the lounge there was what looked like menus, but they were the hotel's own 'rough guide' to Glasgow for the guests. It recommended that non drinkers maybe shouldn't mention that they're teetotal to the locals as it might cause distrust.

dAVe80
Having been north of the wall on more than one occasion, I can confirm Scotland is full of Wildlings and White Walkers, who are constantly telling short people to go to the toilet. "Wee man."
Seat68
people who have opinions I trust say scotland is ace and the people are the friendliest in the uk, I find this hard to believe.
