theunderstudy
What's not great about walking? I love a good hike in the Black Mountains or the Brecons.

OutByEaster? Posted February 15, 2011 Moderator Share Posted February 15, 2011 I like a good walk, and the like theunderstudy I often find myself on drunken expeditions.
theunderstudy
I woke up 5 miles outside Worcester with a bottle of vodka (mostly full) and my socks on my hands and hanging upside down on play equipment with no recollection of how the **** I got there. I must have walked/got dropped off by a taxi. Needless to say I walked a fair bit back, got a bus most of the way home that time. I probably only walked 6 miles not including how I got there. AVFC-Prideofbrum
The sense of achievement outweighs all the pain. achievement of what!? walking? Self achievement is for people who can't achieve anything decent! :winkold:
theunderstudy
Achieving climbing up a mountain, and standing at the top, and eating chocolate and stuff. My mate did have the bizarre practice of urinating on the summit of every mountain he climbs.
AVFC-Prideofbrum
I'd rather sit at home and self achieve by playing FM.
theunderstudy
I do both. As I said when introducing my two friends from Prague, Czech and mate.
B36villa
walking is boring but i do enjoy cycling especially a canal root on a windless day nice and flat with the odd short steep hill up a lock.

villaajax
One of my cousins is getting married in August, think I'll get my hair cut, shave and put on a nice suit... then sit down and play Football Manager instead of go to the wedding. Just reminded myself of the time I did actually go out to play football instead of going to another cousin's wedding
theunderstudy
I've actually got a suit, my mom bought it cos it was cheap. I look even more of a dick than I normally do in it. :?
villaajax
I do have a suit for those kind of occasions and stuff and it does look quite smart, unfortunatley my head just doesn't match the rest of it with my long hair and beard.
AVFC-Prideofbrum
I have a suit, have posted it up on here before, I think it's good anyway. I've got a couple decent one's to be fair. Mom bought 'em so I weren't complaining.
PompeyVillan
I've ran home from the pub on the odd occasion, because I've not had enough money for a taxi. I swear I run faster and for longer when I'm drunk.
