He is making life worth living right now for me after losing my Mum this year. You know when they say that things happen for a reason? Maybe that's why I didn't become a Dad until 41. Seeing my son really understanding what Christmas is like this year is just amazing. But they sent wrong size so have emailed them for refund and they are saying I can't get a refund as it's personlised. I have no idea if this accurate or not as looked it up and can't anything. any idea what I should do? Not happy at all with this and this cowboy company.
