Joking aside, if you keep on feeling like that, go see your doctor. Assuming it's not alcohol or drug related blues, you've got to keep on top of your mental health.

I'm alright mate, cheers. Just feeling a bit sorry for myself when I posted

Cardiovascular exercise and meditation. The power of both to lift one's mood and improve well being should not be underestimated.

Watched a bit of Indian lesbian porn on xhamster then went out and got pissed. Feel great now!

Seriously though, going to look at my diet after Xmas and start exercising more

I have the same. I think it's a combination of the time of the year, with current events, my job being so dull at the moment, living out of a suitcase and being away from home.

Do you find it affects your ability to get up in the morning? I've never been a morning person but I've really been struggling lately with getting up.

The opposite. I'm fine in the morning. Always been a morning person but I struggle at the other end of the day. I could easily go to bed now. Very rarely up later than 9pm at night. I'm not sleeping but i'm in bed watching Netflix or something

Rule One: No TV or internet in the bedroom.

Feeling a bit down at the minute. Nothing specific has caused it. Work is ok, its coming up to Christmas, got some parties to go to, but I just feel a bit flat.

Meh.

Wanna get pissed in Sutton?

Meet me by Maccy D's. I'll be the one with a 3 litre bottle of frosty jacks and shouting at passers by.

So I ordered my godson a arsenal shirt (I know I know ffs) I personlised his name on the back from some web site online. But they sent wrong size so have emailed them for refund and they are saying I can't get a refund as it's personlised. I have no idea if this accurate or not as looked it up and can't anything.

any idea what I should do? Not happy at all with this and this cowboy company. They don't even have a telephone number to ring it's all done via email.

Did you pay with a credit card? If they're refusing to fix their own mistake, I'd jump straight to requesting a chargeback.
